This 12-week, clinician-informed program introduces foundational concepts centered on restoring foot function through individualize, progressive movement. Over a 12-week framework, participants explore how foot structure influences movement patterns while developing strength mobility, and stability tailored to their specific foot type. This program helps individuals more with greater ease and confidence.
